NTN Tools builds browser-based utilities so you can complete tasks without creating an account. We limit the information we collect and make every effort to keep your data under your control. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we do not collect

  • We do not require you to register, log in, or provide contact details to use tools.
  • We do not store calculation inputs, uploaded files, or clipboard data on our servers.
  • We do not sell or share personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.

Information we may process

Some tools rely on temporary processing to deliver features. When that happens we limit the scope and duration of storage.

  • Images: The image converter and clipboard downloader operate entirely in your browser. No files are uploaded unless you explicitly export them.
  • AI alt text generator: Images and prompts are sent to Google Gemini for processing. We do not store the payload, and Google retains it only to provide the response. Delete the results at any time by clearing your browser session.
  • Support requests: If you contact us through the support form we collect your email address and the message you provide so we can reply.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which features are most helpful. Data is aggregated, limited to page views and basic device information, and cannot be traced back to a specific person. Our tools do not set first-party cookies for tracking purposes.

Advertising

NTN Tools participates in the Google AdSense program. AdSense may place cookies to deliver relevant ads and measure performance. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings. We review every ad placement and block categories that conflict with our mission.

Data retention

We retain support conversations for up to 12 months so we can reference previous fixes. If you would like the record removed sooner, email privacy@ntntools.store and we will delete it.

Your rights

You may request a copy of any personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact the team using the email below and we will respond within 30 days.
